As president of Washington Partners, LLC, Ellin Nolan brings the experiences of a classroom teacher, a local school district administrator, an elected school board member, a college instructor and a senior staff member of the Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources. With her broad-based background in education, Nolan can relate to almost every facet of the firm's education clientele.

She specializes in assisting clients with policy interests in education and training, arts and humanities, disability policy and women's health issues before authorizing and appropriations committees of the Congress. She has particular legislative expertise in the programs authorized by the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.

Nolan has expertise in association management and board development and offers clients conference planning and management services as well as the development and coordination of special events on Capitol Hill.

Ellin Nolan received a B.S. from the University of Michigan and an M.S. from George Washington University.
