Crisis Communications

The positive image enjoyed by some organizations genuinely reflects the good work they do, but certain circumstances can arise that negatively influence the public's perception. Washington Partners, LLC assists organizations with maintaining their positive image by formulating crisis communication plans. We believe that "no good deed should go unpublicized," and we assist clients in communicating the image to audiences relevant to the client's work and goals.

WPLLC consults with the client to fully understand the nature of the crisis, developing clear and effective messages for use with the media, and advising the client on all aspects of media relations. Additional services may include handling media inquiries directly and assisting in developing a plan for repairing any damage done to an organization's image.

WPLLC crisis communication services include:

  • Defining potential crisis situations
  • Writing contingency plans
  • Designating response teams
  • Organizing employee awareness training
  • Planning post-crisis recovery steps
